TPE Material Introduction and Properties

Thermoplastic elastomers are generally referred to as TPE or TPR (thermoplastic rubbers). Much like rubber, it is a material with excellent elasticity and tenacity. TPE can be melted at elevated temperatures without the presence of sulfur and no air pollutants or harmful substances are released during its production. TPE allows easy and highly efficient processing, and can be used for injection molding, extrusion molding, blown film molding. TPE is environmentally friendly as it can be recycled and reused. It is widely used in all kinds of daily appliances; such as sports and fitness gear, bathroom products, industrial supplies, footwear, handheld tools, bicycle & motorcycle and auto parts, toys, medical and rehabilitation devices, etc.
